The Lesser Of Two Evils

What's worse...

Having a job interview where you're unsure of how well you did and you're told that the company will only call you back if they're interested.

OR

Having a job interview where it went very well and you're told you will get a call back only to never receive one.

Both of these situations have happened to me, but I think the latter is worse. Uncertainty is a lot better than false hope.
