Album of The Week: OutKast--Speakerboxxx/The Love Below

In one of my attempts to spice this blog up, I will spotlight a random album I enjoy every week. I decided to start with OutKast's Grammy-nominated "Speakerboxxx/The Love Below." Every time I think OutKast will falter, they come back stronger. Even separately, they pack quite a punch. Both CDs are equally good (but different) which is one hell of a feat to achieve. "The Love Below" is a musical wonderland that reminds me of everything from Prince to Isaac Hayes. "Speakerboxxx" is old-school style OutKast with a very heavy P-Funk feel at times. There's pretty much nothing more for me to say. Unlike other albums, this one truly lived up to the hype. Go get it.
