The Chappelle Theory

The Chappelle Theory is a site that suggests that a group of rich/high-profile African-Americans are responsible for bringing down Dave Chappelle and cancelling the third season of his show. The whole thing is utterly ridiculous logically but as satire, it's close to brilliance.

You can take the site as a paranoid conspiracy theory similar to the many theories for the Kennedy assassination or 9/11, or as a satiricial critique of high-profile African-Americans (using their influence for petty evil like destroying Chappelle's career versus helping out black people). Frankly, I have a much simpler thought...I think it's viral marketing by Comedy Central. It's funny that this site suddenly makes the rounds only a week or two after Comedy Central announces that they will be airing the unfinished third season of Chappelle's Show. Regardless of whether a budding (and detailed) comedy writer, a paranoid theorist, or some sneaky people from Comedy Central wrote it, it's at least worth a read or two.

    Problem reaction solution.

It's easy to use ignorance as a pretext for bashing those who dig deeper than what you gobble up from the main stream media. Billionaires really do care for us all. They are loving and would never try to do us any harm.

Wake up Merica, we are dangerously close to a police state that will dwarf the likes of Nazi Germany.
