So, the circle is complete. My cable system gets Tech TV. Only a couple of months later (at most), Comcast announces that they are buying Tech TV and combining it with G4. I watched as the merger happened and the combined G4TechTV took up (and still takes up) two channel spots on my system. The channel messes up or eliminates the Tech TV shows I never really got a chance to see. The only shows that seem to come out unscathed are Anime Unleashed and X-Play (X-Play, in fact, has become a favorite show of mine). Now comes word that Tech TV will now officially be eliminated from the channel name, meaning that nothing really changed at the channel except the gaining of some channel slots. The net is abuzz with horror stories of the network and people who vow to no longer watch the network. Lately, I've actually been kind of impressed with our cable service from Comcast...but they couldn't run a cable network well if their lives depended on it.

I was a big fan of TSS until they screwed it up. In reading Kevin Rose's blog it looks like there is hope.
